Welcome to butoryu. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and attendance at events provided by butoryu. By booking or attending any event, you agree to comply with these Terms in both English and German.

1. Booking and Payment / Buchung und Zahlung

English: All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated below.

Deutsch: Alle Buchungen müssen über unsere offizielle Webseite oder autorisierte Kanäle erfolgen. Die Zahlung ist zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erforderlich, sofern nicht anders angegeben. Tickets sind nicht übertragbar und nicht erstattungsfähig, außer wie unten angegeben.

2. Attendance and Conduct / Teilnahme und Verhalten

English: Attendees must comply with venue rules and respect other guests and staff. butoryu reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual exhibiting inappropriate behavior without refund.

Deutsch: Teilnehmer müssen die Veranstaltungsregeln einhalten und andere Gäste sowie das Personal respektieren. butoryu behält sich das Recht vor, Personen mit unangemessenem Verhalten den Zutritt zu verweigern oder sie vom Gelände zu entfernen, ohne Rückerstattung.

3. Cancellation and Changes / Stornierung und Änderungen

English: butoryu reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In case of cancellation, customers will be offered a refund or credit for a future event. Changes to bookings may be subject to availability and fees.

Deutsch: butoryu behält sich das Recht vor, Veranstaltungen abzusagen oder zu verlegen. Im Falle einer Absage erhalten Kunden eine Rückerstattung oder eine Gutschrift für eine zukünftige Veranstaltung. Änderungen an Buchungen unterliegen Verfügbarkeit und ggf. Gebühren.

4. Liability / Haftung

English: butoryu and venue operators are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by gross negligence. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Deutsch: butoryu und Veranstalter haften nicht für Personenschäden, Verluste oder Sachschäden, außer bei grober Fahrlässigkeit. Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.

5. Privacy / Datenschutz

English: Personal information collected during booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Deutsch: Personenbezogene Daten, die bei der Buchung erhoben werden, werden gemäß unserer Datenschutzrichtlinie verarbeitet.

6. Intellectual Property / Geistiges Eigentum

English: All content, images, and trademarks on butoryu’s site and materials are property of butoryu unless stated otherwise.

Deutsch: Alle Inhalte, Bilder und Marken auf der butoryu-Webseite und Materialien sind Eigentum von butoryu, sofern nicht anders angegeben.

7. Governing Law / Anwendbares Recht

English: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

Deutsch: Diese Bedingungen unterliegen deutschem Recht und sind entsprechend auszulegen.
